Pricing Breakdown
Statutory Notary Fees
- $15 per signature per notarial act (California Government Code §8211) This fee applies only to the notarization itself.
Mobile Service & Travel Fees
To provide mobile notary service, additional fees cover travel, time, and related expenses. These are separate from statutory notary fees.
Travel (Round Trip)
- 0–5 miles: $25
- 6–10 miles: $35
- 11–20 miles: $50
- 21–30 miles: $65
- Over 30 miles: $0.70 per mile
Time on Site
- $25 per hour
- Most appointments are completed within approximately 30 minutes, with a 10-minute grace period included
- Appointments over 30 minutes will be rounded up to the full hour
Document Printing (Optional)
- $0.35 per page
Convenience & Special Services
- Next-day appointments (if requested): $15
- Next-day shipping of documents: $10 service fee + chosen shipping carrier
- Holiday appointments: $45
